Amazing Boho Midi Dress

Hey friends!  I hope you are doing well! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I just had to share this super comfy yet cute modest outfit with you all.

I recently got this dress from Marshalls, and I love how comfy, feminine, modest and boho it is.  Marshalls and it’s sister store, TJ Maxx, often have nice and inexpensive modest maxi/midi dress and skirt options (this was under $20)! Check them out!

I love that this dress is a perfect midi-length, and has a nice pattern that isn’t too overboard.  It’s simple while still being a bit special — kind of like how we are to be as Christians, right? Humble, yet a peculiar light to our world ;).  When I have a patterned piece like this, I keep everything else simple.  So here I paired it with a denim jacket and black sandals.  Another covering option for this spaghetti strap dress would be a lightweight cropped cardigan (I would choose black or a beige color)!

Sidenote: The pattern on this dress reminds me of a vest my mom used to wear when she was in high school/college and that I always loved borrowing from her as well! #nostalgia

Oh! And we mustn’t forget.  It has pockets you all…POCKETS!! #win

I hope you all enjoyed this modest outfit post! Hopefully it gave some nice inspiration and tips! Modesty can totally be beautiful and comfy 😉 .

God bless,

Vo 😌

I just want to thank you for this! I agree that it is possible to be modest, beautiful and comfortable in dresses and skirts. It is so refreshing to see a young lady reaching out to other ladies in this way and sharing tips like this. I’m trying to teach the teenagers in my church about modesty and just stumbled upon this. Thanks so much!
